How does the Neapolitan coffee maker work?
To open the coffee maker, lift the spout part upwards holding the other (C).
Take out the filter group (A+B); unscrew the filter (A) and fill the jacket (B) with the coffee powder. Screw the assembly back.
Fill the chamber (c) up to about 1/2 cm from the hole with water and re-insert the filter group ensuring that the notch on it is aligned with the hole.
Insert (like a lid) the part equipped with a spout.
Put the coffee maker on the fire (chamber C must be on the flame) Once boiling, steam (and a few drops of water) will come out of the hole.
Remove the coffee maker from the heat (1) and turn it upside down (2) holding it firmly by both handles.
Wait for 3 minutes: the water from the chamber will percolate on the ground allowing coffee to be extracted. Serve by repositioning the lid!
