All transactions on our website are conducted in British Pounds (GBP £). To ensure the highest level of security for our customers, we use Stripe, a world-leading secure payment gateway.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.
- Security: All payments are encrypted and processed through Stripe’s secure servers. Bean to Pod does not store or have access to your credit card details.
- No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. There are no additional processing fees for credit card payments.
2. Shipping and Delivery Options
We offer two distinct shipping methods based on your delivery location within the United Kingdom.
A. Local Express Courier (Greater London Only)
Designed for maximum freshness and speed, this service is available exclusively for eligible postcodes within the Greater London area.
- Delivery Time: Between 1 and 9 hours from order confirmation.
- Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 8:00 PM (GMT) are eligible for same-day delivery.
- Service Hours: This service operates Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (GMT).
B. Standard UK Delivery (Rest of UK)
For customers outside our local express zone, we provide reliable national shipping via trusted carriers such as Royal Mail.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
- Transit Time: 1 to 2 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 1 to 3 business days.
3. Shipping Rates
- Orders over £30.00: FREE Shipping.
- Orders under £30.00: A flat shipping fee of £3.00 applies. Shipping rates are clearly displayed at checkout once your delivery address and postcode are entered.
4. Delivery Terms
- Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact phone number. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.
- Tracking: For Standard UK Delivery, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
- Courier Access: For Express Delivery, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the specified delivery window.
